To make the most of your morning, you can utilize theta brainwaves to enhance your creativity, intuition and relaxation.
Theta brainwaves are low-frequency waves that occur when you are in a state of deep meditation, dreaming or hypnosis.
They are associated with increased learning, memory and healing.
To access theta brainwaves in the morning, you can follow these steps:
- Set your alarm to wake up 90 minutes before your usual time. This will allow you to catch the end of your REM sleep cycle, which is rich in theta brainwaves.
- As soon as you wake up, stay in bed and close your eyes. Do not check your phone, turn on the lights or get out of bed. This will help you maintain the theta state for longer.
