
Today I want to point out some information on keeping your brain flexible and willing to grow and learn anew.

Neuroplasticity is the brain's capacity to change and adapt in response to experience. It is the basis of mental flexibility, as it enables the brain to rewire itself, form new connections, and strengthen existing ones. Neuroplasticity occurs throughout the lifespan, but it can be stimulated by engaging in novel, challenging, and rewarding activities. Some examples of such activities are:

- playing a musical instrument or a game

- meditating or practicing mindfulness
- exercising or doing yoga
